Hi everyone and welcome back to another Super Motivational Friday. I’m John C Morley, your host and expert on reaching your goals. Thank you to all of our new goal seekers just tuning in for the first time. I hope you stay a while and I think you’ll learn some valuable lessons if you do.
How many of you want to reach a certain goal in life but you have a bad habit that gets in the way of it and is holding you back. Or maybe just breaking the habit is the goal itself? I’m sure you do as we’re all human and we’ve all got our goals and our problems.
Well today I’m going to share with you a powerful lesson in breaking habits. It’s a very simple technique but sometimes that’s all you need. Follow along with me or take notes and do it by yourself and let me know how it goes. But remember to keep doing it daily or even multiple times a day. It takes new habits to break old ones so don’t give up after one try.
