Manifesting Joy : 52 Weeks of Hope
Education:Self-Improvement
Listen as author and wellness coach, Naz Beheshti helps you process decisions, get clarity, and take that leap of faith to what you really want. As former assistant to Steve Jobs, she witnessed firsthand how to live your passion and your truth.
Naz opens up about her collaboration with Jobs, how he came to her in a dream and became the inspiration behind her book; and how her 11-month-old continues to be her daily teacher.
“Think about one thing you haven’t done that you want to do or something you have never done. Like my client who wanted to start guitar lessons. Just start doing it. Start small; don’t commit to a huge thing. Start small; see how you like it and just build from there.”
She talks about how the recent pandemic brought about a change in the attitude and perception that companies had towards their employees.
“Leaders were asking how do I connect with my employees better? We all are going through a hard time. The pandemic brought people together in a very special way. Because of all the hardships and emotional instability and unknowns that the pandemic brought. But we are all experiencing it together. We are all in a similar situation and circumstance.”
Naz reflects on her career as a wellness coach, speaker, and author to provide practical and very insightful advice on how to tackle obstacles; how her first boss and mentor Steve Jobs taught her to be the CEO of her well-being and how you can do the same.
“Steve being my first boss and my first mentor, he was the first person to show me, up close and personally, just being in contact with him daily and working in his office, what it truly meant to live your best life and live a life with passion and purpose. He truly embodied what later I trademarked, Become the CEO of your well-being.”
