Today we have Mr. Wade Dekker joining me in the studio. Wade is a fellow teacher friend and an all round good guy (and when I say good, I mean good at everything). Wade talks all about his non-negotiables when it comes to his mental health, how his faith helps him to stay grounded and the strategies he uses to keep pushing forward after stressful events. Wade also talks about his time playing for Melbourne City and how he felt when, after a killer first year, he found himself with an injury and confused about where to go next.
