در این قسمت درباره تاریخچه ترانه ⁧‫دختران سیروس‬⁩ صحبت می کنیم. تصنیفی که حدود صدسال پیش  توسط ملوک ضرابی خوانده شده و‌ برای نخستین بار در سال ۱۳۰۵ روی صفحه ضبط شد. این اثر ازنخستین ترانه‌های اجتماعی/اعتراضی  جنبش برابری خواهانه زنان ایران است.

ترانه نخستین بار در سال ۱۳۰۵ ضبط شده و بعدها بارها توسط کسانی چون گیسو شاکری، زویاثابت و آیدا نصرت  بازخوانی شده .
