ok, this ones a little bit of a departure...but when you've got some high performing athletes in class, you train a little differently.
we start with hip mobilizers, move on to some agility and balance drills (there's talk of sprinting, but it doesn't happen)...and then we do some legit flow and asana work. and of course, there's Savasana.
