PJ Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PWC he has been a director in companies trading in software, property, retailing, healthcare and music industries in addition to not-for-profits.

 

A former, President of Dublin Chamber of Commerce, CEO of Clerys, Founder director of: Dublin City Bid Company Ltd,  Retail Ireland and former Chair of DrinkAware. He is a Non-Executive Director of GS1 (Ireland) and Chairman of HR Duo, Chair of  Youbloom PLC and O’Leary Opticians Ltd, HBan Bloom Syndicate Angel Investor. He holds a Smurfit Diploma in Corporate Governance, is a certified analyst in Behaviours, Motivators and Trimetrix and a qualified Triadic Coach.

He became a mentor to Inner City start-up enterprises over 23 years ago and in 2013 brought The Alternative Board to Ireland to help leaders realise their potential. PJ discovered the power of a peer advisory Board over a decade ago and continues to facilitate his founding TAB boards in Ireland.
