The domino mask is a simple eye mask and the name may come from the latin word "dominus" which means "lord" or "master".

"Domino theory" has to do with geopolitics and the idea that if one country turned to Communism (or probably something else), then neighboring or similar countries would do the same. It's similar to The Butterfly Effect or just the idea that when one domino falls, the next ones will too.
