Lauren Grace here and I am so excited to share with you my latest solo episode on the Afterlight podcast. In this episode, I share a replay of live psychic readings and share uplifting messages that I hope will inspire and empower you on your journey.

One of the themes that emerged during these readings is the importance of connecting with our inner child and I encouraged them and you to tap into your playful and creative side to find balance and joy in your lives. 

Another message that came through during these readings is the importance of making space for the new. Many of us can get stuck in old patterns and routines, and it can be hard to let go of what no longer serves us. But by creating space for new experiences, ideas, and people, we open ourselves up to new opportunities for growth and transformation.
