The terms of these “down-round” transactions can differ significantly from the terms that have been typical in recent years, which creates challenges and opportunities for companies, existing investors, and new investors. This webinar will provide an overview of traditional down-round terms and deal structures, and discuss new terms and structures that are becoming more prevalent than in prior market downturns. It will also address how the various constituencies navigate through the complexities and conflicts of interest presented by these deal structures. (3/8/23)
