It is my desire to help these offices in their journey to be better each day. By offering in-person or virtual coaching to doctors, hygienists, team leaders and support team my goal is that patients can’t tell who is “in charge” because every team member has the confidence to take on any challenge they face.

Most common areas of coaching support include leadership, phone skills, case presentation, efficiency systems, conflict resolution, financial arrangements, recare maintenance and assisting offices in becoming insurance independent.
