Recent Key Decisions by the National Labor Relations Board- Understanding the Implications
Over the last several months, the NLRB has been busy issuing decisions and reversing many Trump-era legal standards. These cases address far-reaching issues, include confidentiality and non-disparagement provisions, micro bargaining units, the type of damages available for labor law violations, and third-party access to employers’ worksites. This panel discussion will feature experienced labor lawyers providing analysis of these recent developments and previewing the practical implications for employers and workers. We will also discuss NLRB enforcement priorities and share predictions for future NLRB developments. (3/24/23)
