Hey, Friend!
Today’s episode might be a little controversial or sensitive, I don’t know, but I felt God calling me to speak on behalf of some of the leaders out there who tend to care so much about their role and their team, yet it never seems like enough and they are on the verge of throwing in the towel.
I am talking today from the perspective of a leader who cares too much, but feels a bit invisible. She is a conglomerate of many leaders I have seen or heard from who have been so committed to their teams and to their role, yet their efforts often go unnoticed. They are nearing their breaking point in a work environment and work culture that has changed so significantly.
This is far different than most episodes, so thank you for your willingness to listen. This is not intended to reflect any specific individual…I have taken some creative liberties, if you will. It is written as a letter from a leader to a team member who is actively engaged, a team member who is present but complacent, and a team member that is actively disengaged.
I would love to know if if this resonates a little with any of my listeners. Please leave me a voice or written message at gracefilledleader.com/contact and let me know your thoughts.
I hope this episode blesses you and that you will continue to join me on this journey toward balance, peace, and freedom to live the abundant life you were called to.
Xoxo,
Tanya
