Raising our vibrations by reprogramming the subconscious mind

Brian shares his expertise in mind reprogramming and how he helps people overcome their self-limiting beliefs to achieve success in life. Brian's journey began when he was a college women's basketball coach and was introduced to Bruce Lipton, who inspired him to explore the power of the subconscious mind. He realized that an athlete's performance was influenced by their programming, especially during their younger years. Brian started working with his athletes and saw tremendous results, and eventually transitioned to helping people in the business world.

 

The conversation then shifts to the challenges of breaking old patterns and changing negative programming, and how raising one's consciousness and becoming more aware of one's emotions is key.
