We got to talk to Matthew at The Pacific Hackers Conference this year. He is leader of his cybersecurity team. He shares his path into cybersecurity from computer science. He talks about being a leader of his team and finding peoples strengths and how to mesh them together to lead to their success. He talks about the hardest thing being taking the first step into cybersecurity. It isn't as daunting as you may think looking from the outside. Be courageous, take that first step, and just keep working. Have a student mindset and don't be deterred. Also a message to hiring managers out there
