Breathwork is one of my favourite modalities to help shift the body out fight-or-flight and into the parasympathetic nervous system where healing can occur.
I am a certified breathwork and meditation teacher, and have taught both practices to hundreds of students to help them relieve stress, control anxiety, and promote relaxation.
