Economic Development in Snohomish, WA with Garry Clark

It's been a journey for Garry Clark. He didn't grow up in the best of circumstances but through hard work and an eye on success Garry moved on from "tough times" to a plum job as the Economic Alliance for Snohomish County and based in Everett. We caught up with Garry, who was headlining a recent League of Iowa Cities convention and talked with him about his life and what moves him to action.
