Don’t and you won’t. He holds a BA in Philosophy from UCLA, is a public speaker, podcaster (What Sid Thinks Podcast), certified nutritionist, running coach, and Oxygen Advantage breathing instructor. He is the Stanford Inn & amp; Resort’s Wellness Programs Director and Race Director of the Mendocino Coast 50K trail ultramarathon.

 

Sid created a ground-breaking habit change system and coaches people all over the world via his 12-week online program (smallsteppers.com) and 12-week private coaching intensive (smallstepintensive.com). His core strategy of Awareness Based Habit Change (ABHC) helps people increase productivity and establish long-term habits in the healthy eating, fitness, creative pursuit, and organizational arenas.
