Inspired Guidance through Frank Coppieters, Day 5, Module 2, Year 1, April 23, 2023

Meditating is awakening in your true nature.

When you meditate, the earth treats you as her special guest and shares her roots with you.

This is your time to integrate.

You have worked very hard, every one of you.

Now it is time to rest.

Resting in the deep knowing that there is nothing lacking in you.

Knowing this is very liberating.

Everyone deserves love and kindness, and so do you.

In a few weeks, when you are fully integrated, you will realize how much you have grown.

You will continue to grow, to mature, to change, to transform.

Into the love you already are.

This silence is holy.

As you are deeply absorbing this silence, you are able to go back to it on your own.

Buddha is sitting with you. Jesus, the Christ energy, is praying with you and Krishna is dancing with you.

And The Mother is blessing you.

Mediteren is ontwaken in je ware natuur.

Als jij mediteert, behandelt de aarde jou als haar speciale gast en deelt ze haar wortels met jou.

Dit is je tijd om te integreren.

Jij hebt zeer hard gewerkt, ieder van jullie.

Nu is het tijd om te rusten.

Rusten in het diepe weten dat er niets ontbreekt in jou.

Dit te weten is zeer bevrijdend.

Iedereen verdient liefde en vriendelijkheid en jij dus ook.

In een paar weken, als je helemaal geintegreerd bent, zal je je realiseren hoe veel je gegroeid bent.

Jij zal blijven groeien, rijper worden, veranderen, transformeren.

In de liefde die jij nu al bent.

Deze stilte is heilig.

Terwijl je deze stilte diep absorbeert, ben je in staat er naar terug te keren op jezelf.

Boeddha zit samen met jou. Jezus, de Christus energie, is aan het bidden met jou en Krishna danst met jou.

En De Moeder zegent jou.
