Since I was 4 years old I can remember having a "fixed mindset". My default thinking when things are challenging is: "I can't figure this out". You'd never know it, because I post so much online about positivity, but I am a negative thinker. I'm doing all the work, reading all the books, nudging my neurons to create new, optimistic pathways-- but I still struggle.
This week I am sharing a BRAIN HACK I have been trying that has already changed my mindset in just a few weeks. It's simple, clarifying, and non-committal.
