Carbs, Fats, and Protein. These are the big players, called MACROS or Macronutrients and they make up most of what we eat on a daily basis.
As I personally dive into a deeper study and understanding of Macros, I am intrigued by how this tool can help us as moms! If we focused even a little bit on our caloric intake and take in the proper nutrition; protein, carbs, and fats, we may have MORE energy and function even better.
