I recently finished The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. I found something very intriguing in him. He tested himself daily on thirteen key virtues that he found very important in his life. Franklin believed if these virtues could be mastered it couldn’t help but counteract any unwanted or harmful choices he might have made otherwise. It was a means to personal perfection!
