A spoonful of honey (5mL or 1tsp) a day will boost your immune system. Store bought honey is made with gmo corn syrup.
Vinegar is another natural remedy that you can make yourself and keep in your home. Our ancestors didn't have a cabinet full of drugs or cleaners, just a few items that were multi-purpose.

Castor oil is a vegetable oil derived from the seeds of the castor bean plant, also known as Ricinus communis. The main active component of castor oil is ricinoleic acid, a type of fatty acid shown to possess anti-inflammatory properties. Many mothers have taken castor oil by mouth to induce labor, though I don't recommend it. You can use castor oil as a compress daily for a few weeks to months depending on the length of time you've had the illness you are wanting to remedy. You can treat constipation, inflammation, arthritis, cancer, stimulate hair growth, anti-microbial, moisturizing, acne, psoriasis and more. Care should be used when ingesting because the risk of toxicity from ricin and dehydration.
