Azerbaijan GP Pitlane Incident (The FIA Had a Near Death Situation)

The FIA banned personnel of any from climbing up on the pitlane debris fence. They have been lack on enforcing this. Maybe had they been consistent on that, then they may have been more prepared at the Azerbaijan GP and avoided the situation where people were nearly struck by Ocon as he was rightfully pitting before the end of the race.
