Do you find that your kids start melting down after screen time? They might be fussy, short tempered, easily annoyed or agitated. I have definitely noticed all these fun qualities in my kids, especially as they get older and are exposed to more screens, enjoy video games, TV, shopping online, and all the fun of the internet. Unfortunately, screens are here to stay. So how do we set healthy boundaries around screens? What do those boundaries look like when our kids need their laptop to do homework? In this episode I provide five healthy boundaries we have in our home. It is my hope that these boundaries will give you some ideas of what boundaries to set in your home and what works for your family. Every family is different, so use this discussion as a guide to think about what works for your family. Pop in those ear buds and grab that notebook. Let's get started!
I pray this blesses you!
