Detective Ev here. I have to be honest about something right off the bat with this episode of our podcast...
When I was sent Steven's media sheet by his scheduler, I didn't immediately register it as anything special. It's not that there was anything wrong with the content, but I saw some things about vitamins and nutrients, as well as how our foods aren't up to par for what we should we be eating. This is Functional Medicine 101, right? Don't we all know this already?
In comes Steven Abbey, our guest today.
Steven takes nutrition to a whole new level, and he is DEEPLY involved in the science aspect of it all. I found myself pleasently humbled as I interviewed him, as he continued to rattle off things I had never even heard before again and again. Even more important is Steven's heart. I really do mean it when I say that it became quickly apparent to me that this guy is doing this for all the right reasons. His passion is obvious, and he has already done quite well for himself in other unrelated fields. His mission for truth and quality of ingredients is what drives him!
I hope you guys and gals enjoy this episode and learn a thing or two. I REALLY enjoyed this one!
