The key steps Adam’s taken to attract a more diverse workforce, increase awareness and understanding around DEI issues among airport staff, and engage employees who may be skeptical or resistant to DEI initiatives.
Adam also shares a successful DEI initiative he’s implemented as well as the strategies he’s found to be most effective in fostering a more inclusive and equitable environment.
