Yes perhaps you are really struggling with OCD, I certainly was, but I was also telling myself a very negative story, that I didn't have what I needed in order to overcome OCD. This was completely wrong and was actually holding me back. Today's episode is all about helping you to realise that you are enough already and that you have what it takes to overcome OCD.
