Bible in a Year (The Story) Podcast
Religion & Spirituality
Today we read John 4-6 and Proverbs 5:1-14. Today we read about the first person Jesus disclosed His divinity to, a Samaritan woman at a well. She also was the first missionary, going to tell people about Jesus. We also read in this story about the eucharist or communion and how different sources read John 5 verse 54 and 55 differently - transubstantiation, consubstantiation, or symbolic. We also read about the first “I Am” statement where Jesus reveals He is the bread of life and the “I Am” statements build on Yahweh’s revelation of being the “I Am.”
