General Hospital Spoilers: Is Dex Leaving GH? #gh

Fans of General Hospital have been expressing concerns about the potential departure of Dex Heller, played by Evan Hofer, from the popular ABC daytime drama. 

It feels like Dex Heller's at risk of leaving beacuse of recent events with him and Michael Corinthos. An in fact, Hofer recently signed a contract after impressing showrunner Frank Valentini.

This week on GH, Dex tells Josslyn Jax (Joss) that he must leave town but insists she cannot go with him. As Joss is not one to give up easily, official General Hospital spoilers reveal that on Friday, May 19th, Joss will ask Sonny Corinthos for a favor.

 This favor could involve asking Sonny to let Dex out of the mob, which might not be feasible considering the risks it would pose to Sonny and his organization. However, Sonny may find a compromise, such as employing Dex in the legitimate side of his business.

In a recent podcast, Evan Hofer confirmed that he is not leaving General Hospital. Soap contracts typically range from one to three years, and given Hofer's popularity, fans can expect him to stick around for at least a year. 

As the storyline involving Dex, Joss, and Sonny continues to unfold, viewers can look forward to seeing how Dex navigates the challenges and obstacles that come his way.
