Mercedes Bringing Updates to Monaco Now (Should They Wait for Spain)

With the cancellation of the Imola GP many things have shifted for several teams. And, even more so for Mercedes as to them bringing a heavy update to the troubled W14. Should Mercedes bring the update to Monaco or wait for better circuits?
