I found these steps super helpful when an unexpected stressful or road bump happens in your plan because as we know...nothing goes as planned all the time. Whether you get unexpected news, having a hard conversation, your launch doesn't go as projected, etc – these steps can be used anytime, for everything!
Step 1: Acknowledge your current state of mind
Step 2: DECIDE to respond over react
Step 3: Choose your choice. You have the responsibility to choose how you want to show up and take action, shift your narrative now
Step 4: Use Breathwork to down regulate your nervous system (I give 2 techniques!)
Step 5: Decide your next step forward – once you get back into safety in the body and homeostasis you will be much more clear headed to decide what your next move will be for your greatest and highest good
