Young and the Restless: Phyllis Faces Prison or Fairview?

The Young and the Restless has fans on the edge of their seats as Phyllis Summers, portrayed by Michelle Stafford, faces her day of reckoning in Genoa City. 

This week, we see her grappling with the consequences of her complex web of crimes, potentially leading her to prison or a psychiatric ward. 
Phyllis's crimes spring from pseudocide (faked death).

She was in a criminal conspiracy with Jeremy Stark, and there's obstruction of justice, and several counts of fraud. As the law in Genoa City catches up to her, Chance Chancellor wants to find and slap cuffs on her. 

But Phyllis's fate could take a different turn. Crafty lawyer Michael Baldwin might recommend a different strategy for her defense. Phyllis might find herself back in Fairview which is better than prison on Y&R, right?
