Caveman’s Corner 123- Ashley Hill

I grabbed Western New York's first female blackbelt and gave her a platform. She has been to a lot of gyms in the area so I am sure she has some good stories. She is currently at Spar and recently started a ladies program. Her and YouTube Schultz make up the the first blackbelt power duo in the area maybe we can get some details on how to make jiu jitsu work in a relationship. I mean really who washes the gi's lol.
