Clementine Moss is not your typical rockstar. Not only is she the founder and drummer of the powerhouse band Led Zeppelin Zap Perella, but she's also a spiritual counselor and non-denominational minister.
Her journey as an empath began when she was first exposed to the concept, feeling the weight of other people's pain and sometimes becoming a victim of someone's suffering.
Clementine believes that shamanism is a title granted by the community, not claimed, and it serves as the intersection between her role as a drummer and her contemplative path. She sees her frame drum as a conduit for the frequency of the center of the earth, recognizing the integration of all four limbs in her practice.
Stillness and connection hold immense importance to her, as she believes that in the chaos of life, we often lose sight of the place within us. Through empowered stillness, Clementine has discovered how it can help us move through fear and let go of constant nagging thoughts. Fascinating, isn't it?
