Hello, Friend!
Let me ask you this… do you demonstrate integrity in your leadership? Do you demonstrate integrity in your personal and professional life? What does that even mean? Well today that is what we are talking about. We are talking about integrity and what that looks like in leadership. As you listen, I want you to consider, who stands out in your mind as someone who lives and leads with integrity. I also want you to take a good hard look at whether you make it on the list.
In assessing your level of integrity, ask yourself the following questions:
I believe that integrity is the cornerstone of great leadership. It is the key to building a positive, trusting work environment that leads to loyalty and productivity. It is also a key behavioral indicator to look for when recruiting or promoting team members.
Dwight Eisenhower is quoted as saying: “The supreme quality for leadership is unquestionably integrity. Without it, no real success is possible, whether it is on a section gang, a football field, in an army, or in an office.”
Something that important, is certainly worth some discussion…tune in to hear more!
I hope this episode blesses you and that you will continue to join me on this journey toward balance, peace, and freedom to live the abundant life you were called to.
Xoxo,
Tanya
