God sees us for who he wants us to be and not who we believe ourselves to be. As we dive into Judges 6:12-16, we can reflect on how Gideon may have had some unhealed trauma/traumas. When God called him a mighty warrior, he could not believe it or believe in himself. We Serve a God who uses our past as an opportunity to work. Our past does not define us. We are who God says we are. Pastor McBride helps us to understand that true humility is the companion of true greatness.
