The EPPP is a major hurdle and big commitment to study and pass, but support is available, and we are here cheering for you. In this episode, Dr. Erin Elmore speaks with Dr. Kristen Wilkinson. Dr. Wilkinson is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist at The Barrington Center for Counseling and Psychotherapy in the Chicago area. She also is a contributing writer for StepMom Magazine and an Adjunct Professor at Midwestern University. Kristen’s specialties include working with young adults, women, divorce, stepfamilies, and bariatric surgery candidates. She has extensive training in working with anxiety, depression, body image, perfectionism, grief and loss, adjustment, and relationship and family concerns. Kristen is one of the longest standing EPPP coaches with Triad. Together Erin and Kristen discuss frequently asked questions around the EPPP, preparing for the exam, setting goals, and new information about the EPPP Part 2.
