Coming to God in worship is so important in our walk with Jesus. Singing praises to God can be 1st on a worshipers heart, which is excellent! But at the same time, when we come before God in song, we can also bring our prayers, worries and questions to him.
So where I could have written about a song, purely of praise and worship to him, I thought I needed to talk about this song first. A song that seems to focus on the heart in which we come before the lord, The heart of a worshiper questioning and crying out for guidance. God cares more about us than he cares about himself, with that in mind, do we care for ourselves enough? How can I sing a love song when I need help loving myself.
