I’ve had probably a dozen guys ask me what I think about the One Meal A Day diet.
So for those of you who don’t know, the One Meal A Day (OMAD) diet is like an extreme version of Intermittent Fasting. You basically just eat once a day. That’s it. And it’s usually like dinner, where you can be social and go out on a date or with friends.
In fact, I know of two, very well-known doctors who follow it - one of them being a cardiologist.
However, I’m not here to drop names or say anything negative about anyone, especially because I like a lot of what these two doctors say - of course, they make a lot of mistakes too based on misinformed generalities.
