General Hospital early weekly spoilers for July 3rd-7th, 2023 see Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) facing off with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco).

Sam's not pleased that her daughter Scout Cain (Cosette Abinante) will suffer three years without her dad Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) there for her. Because he's in prison to save Carly!

GH spoilers point to a significant conflict between Carly and Sam, following Drew's decision to cover for Carly's serious SEC charges, culminating in his imprisonment. 

Not to be left out, Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and Molly Lansing (Holiday Mia Kriegel) each face their own hurdles in upcoming storylines. Fans are excited to see this simmering tension unfold on July 3rd. 

Meanwhile, Ned Quartermaine's ongoing struggles with brain damage might serve as a strange relief for Nina who is happier to have Eddie Maine (Wally Kurth) around than tattletale Ned.

In another poignant subplot, Molly's struggles with endometriosis leave her unable to conceive, leading to a potential surrogacy offer from Kristina Corinthos (Kate Mansi).
