Bonus episode: Doug and Colleen Review Speed

Rising LAPD star Jack meets his match in retired disgruntled bomb-squad officer Howard Payne, who decides the only way to get his pension is to plant a bomb on a bus and set it off if the bus goes under 50 miles per hour.
