The Denny Motion: Interview with Solomon Anderson, Zachariah Anderson Brother on a Recent Breaking Court Filing

Zachariah Anderson was, according to many, wrongfully convicted. No murder weapon. No body. No video. No meaningful DNA evidence. He has presented a Denny Motion in February, prior to the trial. A Denny Motion is essentially a Motion to introduce as evidence a suspect who would more likely have committed the crime for which the accused stands trial. For some reason, the Court released the Denny Motion. We break it down in this interview.
