Do you keep promises to yourself? I do not doubt that if a friend asked you to do something, you would make it happen- no matter what. And yet...and yet...you find something you want, need, and should do for yourself and it gets pushed aside. Do you know why this happens? Do you know what happens when you do this?
This is what I explore today! Something happens when summer is here, and so many of the schedules I put in place for myself or the kids... disappear. The habits I have built shift...and I start to fall back into old patterns that do not serve me at all! Does this happen to you? Well, let's dive and see what we can do about it! Listen in!
