I couldn't shake the image of my love handles spilling right out of my pants into my husbands hands.
He was coming home from his first deployment and I hadn’t lost all of my baby weight after our first baby.
I felt unattractive, broken, and ashamed.
My head was filled with lies and worries and it took some time, education, and prayer to bust through this. Today I’ll share with you 4 different strategies that helped me find myself again.
