What do you think of when you hear the word slow? Does it bring up images of being stuck in traffic, or of someone testing your patience? Aside from a delicious method of cooking, is there anything beneficial about going slow? What about if someone had asked you the following question in your formative years: what kind of life do you want? How would you have answered then, and are you living that life?
In this episode Maria Alva Roff and I wrap up the third sprint in our Sustainable Leadership Navigator for Founders project. We discuss meetings we had in the past two weeks, including with well-known talk show host and university lecturer Sirrý Arnadóttir, who has learned the art of living slow. We also spoke with a founder who learned the hard way that choosing your founding team well almost can be a life-or-death matter, and who also now embraces going slow. Finally, in our quest to find out more about how mental health can be more effectively embedded in education, we talk about the newest generations of youth, and how they think and live.
