The Texas Historical Commission has approved his role as a Principal Investigator on underwater archaeology permits. His offshore experience encompasses all phases of geophysical survey including acquisition, post-processing, data management, quality control procedures, analysis, and archaeological/geological interpretation. His professional and academic career have consisted of archaeological studies of prehistoric and historical cultural resources in offshore, coastal, and inland maritime environments.
