Happy happy new year! So many times we rush through the summer and let's face it by the end of the summer we are ready for some sense of structure. And yet...we are so busy racing into the new structure that we forget we get to create it. Today I challenge you to take some time to reflect back on what's coming this semester. That's right...reflecting back before it even begins help you CRAFT a life of intention rather than managing the chaos in the moment.
