Welcome to the Monday edition of “It’s Another Day with Jim and Bill”. Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the appointment of a Special Counsel in the Biden case. He made the announcement on Friday and then walked off the stage without taking any questions from the press. Is this move meant to help or hinder the investigation. The law states that a Special Counsel has to come from outside of government, David Weiss is a US attorney and he works for the federal government. His appointment is already illegal.
