E145- What is Your Joy Path? Are You Intentional About Your Journey?

Hey hey! 

I am so excited about today. You know that feeling of taking something from an idea, a concept, and then researching it and then finally creating it? This is what this episode is for me. I have been working on this idea of a joy path for YEAAARRSSS! How many times do we turn to a GPS to know the fastest route to somewhere. Even if I know where I'm going I use GPS to give me updates on the path I"m taking. Friend! This is what the Joy Path is all about! If you know where you are then you have more information to get to where you are going! 

Today I talk about the Joy Path and I even created a quiz that will help you discover where you are on it 😉! But first I wanted to simply share how the Joy is a path of being rather than a to do list that we have to force.  How do you cultivate joy?
