What is the Good News in this passage?
The woman has a daughter who is tormented.  Why might both be feminine?  What does this symbolize?
Being tormented is not the same as possession.  What is the difference? 
The Canaanites were not friends with the Jews, what does this say about this woman and her desire to obtain something from Jesus?
